Position Overview: As a Senior Data Analytics Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven solutions and driving business value for our clients. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and identify areas where data analytics can drive value and impact

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and gather requirements for data analysis and reporting

Data Analysis: Analyze client data to uncover insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations, using statistical analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools

Solution Development: Develop innovative data analytics solutions to address client challenges and meet business objectives, leveraging advanced analytics techniques and industry best practices

Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate analysis results and insights to clients, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

Client Presentations: Present analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to clients in clear and concise presentations, and facilitate discussions to drive alignment and decision-making

Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of data analytics solutions with business needs and technical requirements

Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and best practices in data analytics with colleagues and clients, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to build client capabilities in data-driven decision-making

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

5+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions and driving business value

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling

Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals

Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
