We are currently seeking a Analog Mixed Signal (CAMS) IC Design Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Transistor Level (CMOS & SiGe) circuit design and simulation.
Design, create and own production-ready circuit block schematics, run cadence systematic, statistical and yield simulations
Plan for layout and supervise IC layout engineers for high-performance AMS layout techniques, top level and floor plans
Derive behavioral models for AMS circuits, deliver top level verification needs
Participate in design reviews, and create necessary owned design related documents
Develop and drive test plans, collaborate with validation team to complete the validation phase for the owned designs
Set and track IC-project, internal-DVT, qualification and production-test schedule
Minimum Requirements MS. in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing or Communication Systems
In-depth understanding of high-performance, high-speed analog mixed signal circuit IC designs, calibration, equalization and signal integrity fundamentals
Direct hands-on industrial experience in High-speed Optical Integrated circuit architectures and block designs:
Linear amplifiers/drivers
Transimpedance amplifiers
AGC circuits
Linear equalizers
PLL/DLL
Low Power CMOS design (Bandgap, OpAmps, DACs...)
Hands-on experience in full-cycle of IC development and layout verifications
