Care Team Manager

Folsom, CA, United States

Job Summary:

The Care Team Manager at Senior Helpers - Folsom will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care team and ensuring that high-quality care is provided to our clients. This is a full-time, role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.  The compensation for this role is $22 to $23 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the care team, including scheduling, training, and performance management

- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans

- Communicate with clients and their families to ensure their satisfaction with services

- Recruit and onboard new caregivers

- Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers to ensure quality care is being provided

- Participate in marketing and networking efforts to attract new clients

- Document and maintain accurate records of all client and employee interactions

- Handle any client or employee concerns promptly and professionally

- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with other departments and franchise owners

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position in the healthcare industry

- Strong knowledge of caregiving practices and principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
