As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Senior Recruiter) focused on educational roles at Bezos Academy, you will own full-cycle talent acquisition for school and educational field staff including teachers, school leaders, district leaders, and support staff. At Bezos Academy, we believe exceptional talent is foundational for us to achieve our mission of launching and operating a national network of hundreds of high-quality, tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced areas. You will help our organization grow by supporting the development of our talent acquisition strategy, executing full-cycle searches across multiple geographies and roles simultaneously, maintaining and leveraging recruitment data to improve hiring processes and outcomes, and implementing best practices for ensuring candidates from all backgrounds can demonstrate their full suite of strengths. You will bring experience identifying and attracting educators, comfort with high volume hiring, an acumen for interviewing and screening talent, a strong personal commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and—above all—a strong passion for our mission.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position.
The full salary range for this position in Seattle-Tacoma, WA is $108,000-$178,000 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by qualifications and prior experience.
This role includes 15 paid days of vacation, 4 days of paid personal time off, 7 paid days of sick (care) time, 9 paid holidays, 5 paid days off for an organization-wide winter break, and additional time off if required by applicable law. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Eight or more years of relevant professional experience, including five or more years in recruiting, people operations, or a related field
Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience and two or more years of experience recruiting teachers/educators or another comparable high-volume recruitment experience
Proven track record of sourcing strong, diverse pipelines and closing high-quality candidates
Experience implementing industry-leading diversity, equity, and inclusion practices for talent acquisition
Exemplary written and oral communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 15% of time depending on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a classroom teacher or in another role working in schools with children
Knowledge of and experience with Montessori pedagogy
Broad spectrum of talent acquisition experiences including creative candidate sourcing techniques, implementation of a range of screening approaches, compensation negotiation, and hiring manager/ key stakeholder relationship management
Track record of exceeding ambitious hiring goals and timelines
Understanding of and interest in talent attraction strategies, including digital marketing, conferences, and events
Proficiency with manipulating and analyzing data to derive insights and prioritize actions
