**Position Overview:**

Siemens Mobility Customer Service is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Project Manager / Project Controller to be responsible for the execution of a large complex Transit project 20 years duration. In this role you will be responsible for commercial project execution during the life cycle of the project. Duties include collaborating closely with operational departments to ensure Order Income Calculation is achieved while meeting goals for customer satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality. The Senior Commercial Project Manager is the supporting function of the Project Manager (PM) for all aspects of the project.

**What your day-to-day will look like:**

+ Profit & loss for assigned projects.

+ Proactively lead changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and devise contingency plans from a cost perspective.

+ Supervise and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and collaborators.

+ Support PM with the development and delivery of monthly project reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals, and presentations to management and internal/external customers.

+ Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

+ Support with identifying and resolving issues/conflicts within the project team.

+ Support customer sales channel activities.

**To thrive in this role, you have:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree 8+ years of equivalent experience in Financial Project management of complex projects.

+ 5+ years of successful Financial Project Management experience in complex projects.

+ PMI Certification or PM@Siemens C or B.

+ Excellently demonstrated verbal, and written communication skills as well as demonstrated presentation skills.

+ Ability to travel - 25%

+ Setting you apart from others would be a CPA, MBA or MS in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business with manufacturing experience and exposure to general accounting and cost accounting. Experience with SAP would be a plus.

The pay range for this position in Sacramento, CA is $141,500-$191,500 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
