Sr OSP Construction Area Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year DOE
Location: Ijamsville, Maryland - Must be local to the area

Job Overview: Join an engaging and growing industry as a Sr. OSP Construction Area Manager. This role ensures timely hand-off of jobs to the Managers/Outside Plant personnel in the field, and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Experience with Comcast, COAX, OSP, and Underground Construction is critical .
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage area operations for construction services, outside plant, and engineering services.
Manage and build Financial P&L for large complex projects
Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for the project build process
Walkouts at sites with OSP Personnel as needed to have accurate information for project development
Work with teams in the field focused on COAX
Assign and review new projects to (OSP) Outside Plant Construction & Engineers (OPE).
Conduct site walkouts and assist with project permitting & engineering.
Communicate with project customers and counterparts.
Use Comcast Job Tracking system for project assignment and closure.
Manage up to 10 employees, ensuring safety practices and employee development.
Qualifications: Strong Experience with OSP Construction
Experience in Comcast Fiber builds
Experience in Salesforce/P2 for Comcast
Experience in building P&L and other Financial Models for OSP Construction.
Strong understand of OSP practices
Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Understanding of COAX and OSP Fiber network architectures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
