SR DEI Program Manager

About the Role

The DEI Program Manager will play a critical role in advancing Frontier’s DEI strategy, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. You will serve as a subject matter expert and liaison to the organization in executing strategic plans to develop and retain underrepresented talent. Additionally, in partnership with internal and/or external subject matter experts, you will develop and implement robust programs, support the creation of short and long-term DEI goals, track metrics, and develop reports that measure results and inform decision-making. You will also partner closely with HR and business/functional leaders to drive diversity and cultural initiatives that support our values and efforts to Build Gigabit America. In this role, you will report to the Head of DEI and you’ll be relied upon for your ability to strategize and implement overarching programs at scale.

In this role you can expect to:

Launch and execute company-wide DEI programming and initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders across the company

Implement new ERG governance; review, analyze, and update ERG programming, policies, and procedures; develop and own key progress indicators; work with ERG leaders to create and execute strategies to achieve goals and outcomes

Assist with and co-facilitate DEI educational curriculum, strategies, and tools to ensure effectiveness and alignment with the overall business strategy

Use data to establish metrics, track, monitor, and support candidates and employees in retention and development programming

Aid the development and management of the DEI Council and assess opportunities to link diversity with ongoing business, people processes, and initiatives.

Build and run scalable development programs including mentorship and sponsorship programs for employee resource groups and underrepresented communities

Create asynchronous engagement opportunities via our internal intranet site, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, and more

Provide administrative support in the form of calendaring, scheduling, and technical assistance for internal programs

Partner with internal parties and external vendors to drive our environmental, and social governance strategy

What you’ll need:

5+ years of direct experience working on equity and inclusion-related companywide initiatives.

5+ years of relevant work experience in program/project management.

Experience leading programs from idea concept to pilot, to execution and evaluation establishing program requirements, and using data and metrics.

Cross-cultural skills and awareness are related to individuals from broad backgrounds such as race, ethnicity, religion, veteran status, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and individuals with disabilities, among others.

Experience managing employee resource groups and diversity mentorship programs.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the interpersonal skill necessary to interface at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional presentation skills in large or small groups.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; reliable—exhibiting trustworthiness and dependability.

A creative thinker who is a strong team player with a passion for equity, inclusion, and diversity work.

Proficient in a variety of sourcing tools and MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

The candidate can be located remotely within our 25-state footprint. However, there is a preference for a Dallas-based candidate.
