A recent increase in both new and used vehicle sales has created the need for an additional employee with prior sales experience to join our dynamic team. Must be able to prove consistent track record of success in sales.

Pay Plan
* .50 to 9 units sold = $200.00 flat commission per unit sold
* 10 to 14.5 units sold = $300.00 flat commission per unit sold
* 15 to 19.5 units sold = $400.00 flat commission per unit sold
* 20 plus units sold = $500.00 flat commission per unit sold
All New Volvos pay $500.00 flat (Must be certified with Volvo to sell Volvo)
Monthly Sales Spiff for Qualified and Certified Sales Consultants
* F&I spiff (Complete Care Package)
Includes Maintenance, Tire & Wheel, Paint Less dent repair, Key Replacement and Windshield. You are paid based on how many items you sell on the Customer Proposal Sheet (At Retail)
* 1 Item = $25
* 2 Items = $50
* 3 Items = $100
* 4 Items = $150
* 5 Items = $200
Service Contract sold on the Customer Proposal Sheet (At Retail)
* Pays $100 each
Theft Code (Etch)
* Pays $20 each
U.A. Spiff - any trade in under allowed $1000.00 or more
* Pays 10% of total under allowance
Parts Accessories Spiff
* Pays 10% of the total amount (Must be sold at retail at the time of the sale)
C.S.I. Spiff
* Pays $50 per survey received above national average
If one is below national average you lose all C.S.I
Responsibilities
* Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
* Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
* Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
* Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
* Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
* Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
* Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
* Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
Qualifications
* Available to work flexible hours and weekends
* Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
* Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve
* Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
* Prior sales experience highly recommended
* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
* Clean driving record and valid drivers license
