Licensed Clinical Social Worker Details
Essential Job Duties:
+ Collaborates with the Inpatient Clinical Psychologist to provide behavioral health services to adult and pediatric inpatients and emergency department patients.
+ Conducts timely assessments of patient needs through clinical interviews, chart/history reviews, and behavioral health testing.
+ Screens patients for admission to behavioral health programs or community resources.
+ Develops and documents behavioral health evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress.
+ Intervenes as a crisis counselor, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, maintains confidentiality, and follows ethical standards.
Qualifications:
+ Prefer at least 5 years’ experience in providing counseling services.
+ Must have basic knowledge of medical and psychological terminology.
+ Available to work one Sunday per month- 8am-4:30pm
License/Certification:
+ Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work from an accredited school/University.
+ Must have Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license.
