Responsibilities -Project oversight and management (including communicating with subs)
-Able to write accurate bids
-Ability to problem solve or know when to ask for help

-Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
-Deadline and detail-oriented.
-Maintain good communications with the homeowners to ensure they have a positive experience throughout the project
-Coordinating staff, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
-Responsible for planning and assigning employees daily tasks
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager-Possess an ability to coordinate and communicate with all building trades
-Attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanshipthat adhere to original plans, specifications and timelines
-Ability to personally perform some construction work- Demonstrate leadership abilities, provide kind and firm direction for foreman and project team- Posses ability to provide cost and time effective solutions to project challenges
-Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
