The role
Working with multiple senior stakeholders across the United States, Canada and the global team, you will identify their sales targets & needs and shape them into a marketing strategy to deliver against the commercial objectives of the business.
You will establish a proactive, positive new system of governance for the business, applying this to the creation of the marketing plan.

Pro-active, resourceful and with strong influencing skills, you will be adept in working closely stakeholders such as senior leaders and executives. You will be a confident, compelling team member who garners the trust of others while also able to comfortably work independently.
You will be fluent in English with exceptional written & verbal communication skills and extended marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment. You are a full stack marketer or marketing generalist skilled in creating and executing marketing strategies.
What you will do to succeed
Work with multiple stakeholders across the business including product and research teams to create a holistic, coordinated marketing strategy & plan. Along with the other senior marketers within the team, oversee the delivery of this plan creating one view of activity.
Acting as the first point of contact for all marketing support in North America, you will centrally hold the marketing planning process and collaborate with other functions and the wider marketing team.
You will be a hands-on leader and champion for all marketing activities across your region, managing quarterly marketing planning sessions, forward planning and quarterly reviews. Working closely with multiple channels and internal stakeholders you will ensure regional nuance, contextual language, legal and social variations are taken into account to deliver to strategic objectives.
Other information
Some travel, including international is a requirement for this role in order to participate in periodic strategy sessions.
The global team is based in the United Kingdom and Europe with the direct line manager based in Europe.
