About the Role We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of garment construction and fashion design, along with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. This role is essential in bridging the gap between design and production, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and align with the creative vision. Responsibilities Collaborate with design teams to illustrate and to develop technical designs
Oversee garment construction processes and provide technical guidance
Ensure designs meet quality standards and specifications
Communicate to vendors in detail what went on during fittings
Determine project supplies and establish realistic timelines for Samples & Production
Solve problems when there are product issues
Qualifications 1-2 years of professional experience
Experience with garment construction
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge of fashion design principles and trends
Ability to justify design changes
Deadline-driven and committed to quality
