Accounting Manager

Super exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager position with a start-up company here in Dallas - they are situated in a hyper-growth market and this will report to a CFO who took his previous company from pre-revenue to $150M in 4 years. This role will involve a mix of corporate, property and construction accounting.
Compensation: $120-145K + Bonus + Stock Comp package
Responsibilities: Manage the month/quarter/year end close process
Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership
Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs.
Manage and review all financials
Develop and monitor business performance metrics
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and ensure compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field
CPA required
Public accounting experience highly preferred
