Summary :As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with a team of researchers and IT professionals, implementing custom solutions and resolving technical issues to support a next-generation analytics capability. The capability is built on cutting-edge technology, which has sparked a flurry of research efforts covering computer science, computational geometry, statistics, differential privacy, and system architecture. Your work will have high visibility with the Customer, and you will be part of a team actively working on maturing and operationalizing the capability.
Additionally, you will be at the forefront of developing and enforcing security protocols for secure, multi-party user capabilities across various domain classifications. You will work with multiple stakeholders to collect functional and non-functional requirements. These users are across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD), including mission analysts and data owners, various Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) and COTS developers, and consumers and owners of the mission data. You will create and update the documentation to include post-installation documentation packages, installation guides, configuration guides, user guides, test plans and procedures, technical reports, and presentation materials.
You will be part of a team that develops platform as a service (PaaS) offerings on top of infrastructure as a service (IaaS), focusing on streamlining the deployment process. As capabilities are implemented in a production environment, you will contribute to the extended monitoring and sustainment phases and process improvement.
