**Responsibilities**
**Construction Project Manager**
Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. Project managers coordinate with other departments and entities to accomplish project goals.
+ Develop project schedule to monitor and track progress
+ Determine and define scope of work and deliverables
+ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
+ Review drawings, specifications and proposals and provide value engineering solutions
+ Liaison between Crash Champions, contractors, and landlord
+ Manage contracts with vendors and contractors
+ Interface with finance department
+ Collaborate with architects and engineers
+ Ensure all local, state and building codes and regulations are adhered to
+ Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
**Qualifications**
+ Experience in construction management or a similar position
+ Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Self-motivated and self-directed
+ Precise attention to detail
+ Able to manage multiple projects
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
+ Able to lead and manage employees
+ Travel at least 25%
+ In office role
