Job Description The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and support the marketing department with content marketing, sales enablement, and events. The ideal candidate will be a strong project coordinator, ambitious, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have an interest in developing writing skills.
Content Creation: In partnership with the Director of Marketing, will write, edit, and proofread marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and promotional materials.
Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Digital Marketing Support: Assist with the management of digital marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and website updates.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and company events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer appreciation events.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Brand Management: Support the marketing team in maintaining and enhancing the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the field is also welcome, instead of a degree.
1 year experience in marketing, content creation, or administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that may arise.
Possess a basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including market research, target audience identification, and campaign planning.
Some familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing, social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting and contributing to the overall marketing goals of the organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
