The Director of Finance will lead the FP&A management team, acting as the primary finance partner for our client's international business operations. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or statistics; MBA and CPA credentials are advantageous but not required
15+ years of professional experience, including 6-8 years in financial management of international operations
Experience in forecasting and business partnering, particularly in SaaS environments
Proficiency in Excel, Adaptive Planning (or similar software), Salesforce, and NetSuite
Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at thriving in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated ability to deliver formal presentations summarizing financial results and forecasts to executive leadership
Highly proficient in financial analysis and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
