Position: Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: Miami, FL
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager for one of our clients in the Financial industry to play a pivotal role in ensuring application compliance with the newly enacted legislation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in upgrading our application to meet the ISO 20022 standard, a critical global data standard for financial information across various markets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and run meetings to drive project milestones.
Conduct thorough requirements gathering to align project objectives with business goals.
Spearhead documentation efforts to maintain clear and concise project records.
Adhere to and implement the PM framework to ensure project consistency and quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in business analysis or project management.
Proficient understanding of ISO 20022 and its application in payments, FX, trade finance, and securities markets.
Demonstrated experience in documentation, requirements gathering, and meeting facilitation.
Versatility in working within Waterfall/hybrid environments.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Preferred:
PMP certification.
Experience in supporting technical projects.
Bilingual abilities in Spanish/English are highly advantageous.
