POSITION SUMMARY:
The Medicare Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Medicare Sales Representatives. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets, delivers exceptional customer service, and remains compliant with all relevant regulations. The Medicare Sales Supervisor will provide leadership, training, and support to the sales team, monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements: ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership:
Supervise and manage a team of Medicare Sales Representatives.
Provide daily coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to the team.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
2. Sales Performance:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
3. Training and Development:
Train new hires on Medicare products, sales techniques, and company policies.
Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Identify and address skill gaps within the team.
4. Customer Service:
Ensure the team provides excellent customer service to all Medicare beneficiaries.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Compliance:
Ensure the team adheres to all federal and state regulations related to Medicare sales.
Stay informed about changes in Medicare regulations and update the team accordingly.
Conduct regular compliance audits and provide corrective action as needed
6. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Medicare sales or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of Medicare products and regulations.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation package:
Base Pay: $50,000.00- $70,000.00
