Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Process orders and returns

Update customer information in the system

Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer service goals and objectives are met

Qualifications Bachelors degree in English or any related field.

English C1/C2

1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Strong problem-solving skills

Proficient in relevant computer software and tools

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience in call center environment is a plus.
