Marks is hiring a Senior Strategist, Shopper for our Marks Chicago or Marks Cincinnati studio!

**Overview**
You are passionate about creating in-store and digital shopper marketing activations at key retailers like Amazon, Target and Walmart. You understand the complexity of various retailer marketing ecosystems and are savvy in architecting omni-channel campaigns that creatively connect brand, retailer and shoppers across the path to purchase.
**What You Will Be Doing**
Working for the North America team of a global brand agency who creates connective brand moments for shoppers and consumers. Dont worry, youll be fully supported by a strategy director and will work collaboratively with our strategy team.
FOR OUR CLIENTS
* Functions as the subject matter expert on: in-store retailer environments (Target, Walmart, etc.), eComm (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and digital strategies for digital shelf, content, search, social commerce, mobile, email and paid media
* Gather and synthesize data that unlocks insights that inform strategy development to demonstrate a seamless path-to-purchase leveraging in-depth understanding of retailers and what is possible within each retailers marketing ecosystem (in-store and online)
* Experiences in executing competitive landscape assessments, personas, journey maps and strategic territories, and omni-channel strategies
* Monitor commerce, retailer trends and follow industry news in order to provide thought leadership with cross-functional agency and client teams
* Develop creative briefs that act as a springboard for the creative process
* Has the ability to clearly articulate and present strategies
* Evaluate the success and impact of marketing initiatives, set KPIs and report on program results.

**Experience**
* 4 - 6 years experience in the industry; some agency experience
* Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, or other related field
* Experience with a wide range of categories including CPG, food/beverage/wine/spirits, technology, CPG/toy/retailer preferred
* Familiarity with Keynote, Apple OS, Microsoft Office
