The Company is seeking a Director of Coaching Operations to join their team. This role is pivotal in leading and strategizing the operations for the Career Services team, particularly in the growth and management of coaching offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and team processes, including coach training and recruitment, scheduling, and performance analysis. They will also be deeply involved in team management, defining and monitoring OKRs, and ensuring the team is equipped to support the career growth of students. The ideal candidate should be passionate about increasing career mobility for frontline workers, have experience in data analysis, operational improvement, and team leadership, and be a strong cross-team collaborator.Applicants for the Director of Coaching Operations position at the company should be excited about the mission to create accessible and effective career pathways. The role requires experience with systems such as Calendly, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, and Zapier. The candidate must be adept at using data to drive outcomes and be able to manage a team of career coaches, including capacity planning and hiring operations. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, as is the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational involvement.
