Responsibilities
+ Looking at emails, utilize Lucernex reviewing exterior sign drawings and, looking at PDFs looking at drawings.
+ Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the different chains.
+ Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.
+ Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts.
+ Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned.
+ Supplies Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.
