Inventory Admin Coordinator

Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Position Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Materials Coordinator to support inventory organization and materials management in a production environment. In this role, you'll help maintain an accurate, well-organized inventory system by organizing parts, performing inventory counts, updating inventory records, and keeping work areas clean and orderly. This position supports a variety of manufacturing programs and is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and hands-on work.

What You'll Do:

  • Organize parts by part number and place them into designated storage bins.
  • Enter part numbers and inventory information into the Master Inventory List (MIL).
  • Print labels and accurately tag inventory bins and shelves.
  • Document discrepancies, missing information, and unknown manufacturers/vendors.
  • Label inventory locations using the appropriate identifiers and location codes.
  • Record inventory locations and perform accurate inventory counts.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians and inventory administrators to ensure inventory records remain accurate.
  • Notify the team when storage materials or supplies need replenishment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by:
    • Dusting shelves and storage bins
    • Sweeping floors
    • Breaking down boxes
    • Removing trash and debris

Work Environment:

  • Production/manufacturing environment
  • Supports multiple manufacturing programs
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, organizing materials, and maintaining inventory throughout the shift

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 03 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, manufacturing, or a related environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accurately follow procedures and maintain detailed records

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher, particularly with an interest in technical writing or documentation
  • Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes
  • Previous experience with inventory management systems
