Construct and monitor reliable control systems.

Maintain relations with internal and external auditors and investigate their findings and implement recommendations.
Funding Monitor cash balances and budget forecasts. Supervising, maintaining and controlling the movement of Cash as per the Company’s requirement
Activities related to raising capital and working capital requirements
Assist investment bankers in debt and equity funding.
An Ideal candidate shall be: 10+ years of experience in Finance & account
Ability to organize and prioritize work for timely completion
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Able and willing to maintain strict level of confidentiality
Qualification MBA/PGDM – Finance, M.Com – Commerce, CA
