Tote Systems offers filling, packaging, blending, processing, shipping, storage and dispensing equipment for packaging dry powder and liquid-based ingredients, as well as field technical assistance.

What will you do?
In this role, you will be managing a complete client project and ensuring that the customer is getting the solution necessary while enhancing their overall experience. You will be in the driver’s seat to guarantee Tote Systems reputation for customer service in the industry. Typical project costs that you will manage in this position are in the $10,000-$1,000,000 range
Key Responsibilities:
· Be involved in designing, calculating, estimating and troubleshooting of bulk material equipment related to our product lines.
· Correspond with Sales and customers to understand requirements and specifications.
· Forecast milestones, ship dates, and customer shutdowns for multiple orders.
· Learn a cross section of all of Tote’s products and how to make them.
· Study the manufacturing and manufacturing support functions and processes as it pertains to Totes unique approach.

Key Competencies:
· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (related Majors also considered)
· Advanced knowledge of Cad software with an emphasis on CREO
· Previous manufacturing or related shop experience preferred
· Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-management with drive to succeed and achieve goals
· Ability to work in a team setting
· Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
· Able to handle multiple projects
