Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Social Media & Marketing Specialist that could also develop
new Captial Markets and Advisory Services Business for our fast growing firm. This unique position combines expertise in social media and marketing while learning the skills and abilities to become an Associate Advisor with a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will help us grow our client base, enhance our online presence, and support our investment banking advisory business.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development/Advisory Responsibilities (50%):
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential business clients needing investment banking and advisory services.
Conduct regular in-person and virtual reviews to develop and enhance client relationships
.
Prepare comprehensive presentations and financing proposals, offering memorandums for advisory clients.
Assist senior advisors in conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
Collaborate with the financial team to develop marketing strategies and industry specializations.
Social Media & Marketing Responsibilities (50%):
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance KMG Advisors online presence across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram).
Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote KMG Advisors' services and attract new clients.
Identify and coordinate events, webinars, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to keep KMG Advisors at the forefront of the financial consulting sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of Business Development and Relationship management success
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Proficiency in using social media management tools.
This position offers a base salary + unlimited commissions and bonus potential.
