Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-obsessed and quality-focused physician to join KMG Medical Group as a staff level telemedicine physician specializing in mental health care, to engage with patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering top-notch mental health expertise through virtual care.

The base pay range for this position is $226,560 to $311,520 per year**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and in some cases licensure. An annual incentive plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
What you get to do everyday
:
Proactively diagnose and treat patients with mental health conditions
Regularly check in with patients on their treatment plan, providing support and adjustments as needed
Collaborate with an integrated care team of care coordinators, nurses, and other allied health providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Respond promptly to patient messages, adapting treatment plans accordingly
Provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of care and operational processes
Collaborate with and supervise NPs and/or PAs on the platform
What you bring to the role
MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in either Psychiatry Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
Significant experience in treating depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions
Minimum of two (2) years of telehealth experience
Possession of multiple state licenses; at least 10 licenses required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and compassion
Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
Passion for delivering high-quality care with empathy to patients
Dedication to asking insightful questions and educating patients about their mental health condition
Enthusiasm for the transformative potential of telemedicine in healthcare
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and willingness to adapt and grow with changes in the field
Comfortable treating patients asynchronously via messaging
Availability to work at least one (1) weekend shift
