Mobility Owner

Job Description

As a Mobility Owner, you act as the client's technical advisor, trusted to provide insight and forward thinking into their investment specific to the products and solutions supported by the Mobility Managed Services (MMS) team. Your focus is to deliver post-sales service support to your client base, while serving as the client advocate with our internal and/or external partners. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of their mobile technology and the troubleshooting of issues within our mobile ecosystem. As the primary contact for your clients, you are responsible for building, maintaining, and fostering relationships and being their client liaison when working with support and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Mobility Owner include:

Client Adoption: Provide continuous feedback to your clients by reporting on adoption usage, helping expand the adoption of their purchased mobile environment products by utilizing new features, and listening for unmet needs that other Oracle mobile products may satisfy

Change Management: Implement client-specific change management best practices to ensure their mobile environment is kept current and on the latest updated solutions and technologies

Mobile Environment Subject Matter Expert: Act as the subject matter expert for the client's mobile environment technologies and solutions knowledge i.e., (formerly known as: CareAware Connect Voice, CareAware Connect Messaging, Connect Nursing, and Skybox Mobility (AirWatch))

User Service Experience: Ensure the client’s mobile ecosystem is providing a positive experience for their end users

Best Practices: Develop, use, and maintain both client-facing and internal MMS documentation i.e., guidelines, best practices, standard operating procedures, and processes

Client Value Meetings: Provide and collaborate on issues, the client’s state of their mobility environment, and other information and reporting specific to the client’s mobile environment

Travel Management: Assist your clients during onsite events, as needed

Client Satisfaction: Contribute to client satisfaction through quality deliverables and positive client feedback

Perform other responsibilities as needed

US: Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
