Job Responsibilities:
Design and improve training system for perception, prediction, and planning models.
Improve user-ability and flexibility of machine learning infrastructure (training, serving, data mining, etc.)
Work cross team to deploy machine learning solutions to embedded systems and/or cloud cluster.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
2 years + of programming in Python with a deep understanding of software design, programming techniques, and algorithms.
Master one of several mainstream machine learning development framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet.
Familiar with machine learning ecosystems and latest trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large foundation model training techniques (model sharding, activation checkpointing, LORA finetune, etc.)
Experience with hardware-software co-design, ML acceleration, or ML for systems.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $250,000, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
