**Responsibilities:**
+ Determine maintenance requirements and lead the flawless execution of equipment repairs
+ Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement preventative maintenance programs
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance
+ Conduct thorough equipment analysis and investigation to ensure production targets are achieved.
+ Strictly adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment
+ Exceptional knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
+ Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced environment
