We have an immediate opening for a Sales Operations Manager with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role serves as a critical member of the sales operations team and is responsible for building an operations function that will support and accelerate the success of our growing sales and marketing teams. This role requires prior sales operations experience.

What You'll Do

• Build an operations function that will support and accelerate the success of our growing AE and SDR teams

• Own our entire GTM tech stack, including: Salesforce, SalesLoft, LeanData, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, etc.

• Drive the roadmap for improving operational processes and systems

• Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce to surface business insights

• Support incentive compensation design & process, pipeline management, and sales forecasting

• Own our tech stack and reporting tools - data systems, excel models, data warehousing

• Be the subject matter expert and proven leader on sales performance, processes & systems at Instawork

Who You Are

• 4-6+ years of experience in sales operations

• Deep experience with Salesforce (required), SalesLoft (preferable), and SQL (preferable)

• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred

• Operates with high integrity, high EQ, an openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn and grow

• Strong project management and execution skills

• Detail-oriented, with a strong passion for analytics and problem-solving

• Excited and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly, is comfortable with making decisions in ambiguity, and strong bias for action while understanding the bigger picture
