Requirements:

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Are at least 21 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, and are able to pass a background check. Additionally, you must possess one of the following: an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, a CDA, or a child-care administrator's certificate with relevant experience. Demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
