Director of Client Relations (Metairie)

The Director of Client Relations in Metairie, LA will serve as the office manager for our headquarters in Metairie. This is an entry-level position and a unique opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the financial planning and wealth management business. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a desire to gain broad experience by managing multiple tasks across the firm. This is a full-time, in-person role with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Responsibilities
Serving as a member of the firm-wide service team (account opening, money movement, CRM Maintenance, etc.)
Fielding incoming phone calls
Maintaining office appearance, supply stock, plants, mail, etc.
Greeting incoming clients at the office
Planning and hosting firm-wide events
Coordinating internal project management
Assisting in onboarding of new advisors
Assisting in social media distribution (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
Support individual advisors as capacity allows
