Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conference Service Manager to join our team at Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square. The Conference Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of conference and event planning and execution. This includes coordinating with clients to understand their needs, managing logistics, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and providing exceptional service to ensure the success of each event. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.

Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including catering, audiovisual equipment, room setup, and décor.

Create detailed event timelines and communicate requirements to relevant departments.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and during events.

Conduct site inspections with clients and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.

Coordinate with internal departments, including catering, housekeeping, and facilities, to ensure smooth execution of events.

Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during events, providing timely solutions.

Manage event budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits.

Qualifications:
