**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Research and address real-time data discrepancy or connectivity issues with our trading partners.
+ Take ownership of transmission and research issues.Maintain a full understanding of the products assigned.
+ Pursue better connectivity options for automation, security, and performance.
+ Monitor real-time traffic for potential connectivity and communication issues.
+ Maintain client facing alerts to notify them of real-time outages.
+ Implementation of new direct connections and industry mandates.
+ Assist team members, as well as other teams, with production issues.
+ Assist with training new employees.
+ Research and address internal requests for assistance recieved in the EDI Real-Time Queue.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills
+ Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
+ Knowledge of Windows-based computer environment, including MS Office and related programs
+ Active ownership and responsibility regarding duties and task (sense of urgency)
+ Ability to work unsupervised in a corporate environment
+ Experience with healthcare claims transactions
+ Technical support experience
+ EDI X12 healthcare transactions experience
+ Excel
