Primary Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Foster strong relationships with the major card brands and Acquirers to ensure our product aligns with the payment industry mandates and standards
Strategize with internal stakeholders to advance the payment gateway capabilities domestically and internationally
Plan and prioritize product request backlog and development for the product
Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Oversee the planning of product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product and present findings to executive team
Lead a team of Product Owners and oversee the development lifecycle to ensure targets are hit
Drive process across the organization to ensure that requirements well-defined and reduce scope creep later in the development cycle
Experience Required Skills & Exp Previous working experience as a Product Manager for 2-5 years
MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
Previous working experience with Azure DevOps
Previous experience working in the Payment Industry for 5+
Knowledge of Alternative Payment Methods (APMs)
In-depthknowledge of Agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Go-getter mentality that utilizes creative problem-solving to unblock or overcome issues
Self-starter that can drive work to completion
Experience setting up process flows in either product or operational organizations
