As part of the Product team for Wolters Kluwer HealthClinical Effectiveness, the Emmi LeadProduct Manager isresponsible fordevelopingandtesting new product ideasand packaging upany promising concepts thru to development and/or the go-to-market lifecycle. As such, the LeadProduct Managerwill work closely with several different teams, e.g. the research and design teams to run lean experiments, the technical product managers to collaborate on new feature use cases, and back office and client experience teams to launch net new products and/or drive early adopter projects.

KeyResponsibilities:
Work directly with Product Design, Innovation and R&D teams to develop and test new product concepts
Participate and guide research for early-stage idea definition
Define scope and goal for lean experiments and make recommendations for whether to continue on the same path, pivot or abandon any given concept to
Accountable to achieving defined KPIs to measure success for any approved concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move new product packages thru formal go-to-market channels
Serve as the Product SME for any new patient or member product launches, working closely with Product Marketing Managers and other key stakeholder
Validate product-market fit for new launches, working directly with Technical Product Managers to define use cases and requirements for any roadmap gaps or new opportunities
Partner with technical Product Managers and Client Experience teams to drive adoption of new early adopter features.
Contribute to business cases, project scope and client launch plans, including adoption KPIs.
Serve as a consistent product liaison for Client Experience across all early adopter launches, bringing in technical PMs to consult and lead any necessary product updates to meet general availability requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of bringing product and solutions to market
Proven track record of bringing new products and solutions to market
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills to be able to manage projects independently while meeting critical milestones
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners
Detail-oriented but balanced with the ability to see the larger picture
Ideal Qualifications
Prior experience in health industry; ideally with a focus in patient education
Prior experience working within agile software development environment
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning Design, Development, Marketing, and Sales
Prior experience with lean product development principles
