Security Response Support

Monitor security alarms according to Wells Fargo security procedures in their Security Response Center.
Assist in obtaining the initial information for all reported incidents.
Work closely with other Security Response Center Analysts to ensure processes are followed according to written procedures.
Work with alarm vendors to find solutions to problems related to alarm systems.
Notify various bank groups/government agencies as required.
Assist customers in resolving alarm system maintenance/service needs.
Perform data entry in support of Security Response Center requirements.
Other duties may be assigned.
Job Skills:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
