Responsibilities:
* Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining buildings in good condition by performing tasks such as upkeep, preventive maintenance, repair, landscaping, handling air conditioning, heating, pest control, plumbing, and carpentry.
* General trade skills (painting, drywall, carpentry, electrical and plumbing)
* Ability to use common hand and power tools
* Ability to follow directions and work independently
* Ability to maintain proper schedules
* Be in good physical condition and comfortable working outdoors as well as indoors and at varying heights.
* Strong customer service skills
* Good communication skills
Qualifications:
* Two years minimum working experience in the maintenance or carpentry field
* Own tools
* Verifiable work history that confirms your professional skills and experience
* Some Construction Associate assignments have additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug screenings
* Valid CT Licensed
* Reliable work vehicle
