We are a profitable, growth-stage startup and our investors include Y Combinator, Hearst Lab, and 43North. We have been scaling exponentially and were looking for an E-commerce QA Specialist to join our team!
**What You'll Do**
As an E-commerce QA Specialist at HiOperator, youll work closely with operations to perform quality assurance audits on support tickets. Specifically, your main responsibilities will be measuring and executing QA tasks. The main focus of the role will not be coaching, although we do expect you to be comfortable communicating vertically and horizontally across the organization.
**Specific responsibilities will include:**
* Independently conducting quality assurance audits on customer support interactions.
* Providing summaries of quality assurance audit findings.
* Interacting and partnering with associates in operations to educate, remediate findings, and improve the quality of work.
* Participate in various project work supporting continued improvement of the QA process
* Other duties as assigned and needed within the role
**Here are some of the qualifications we expect youll need to be successful in this role:**
* 2+ years of experience in frontline customer service, specifically with non-voice channels. QA experience is a plus, but not required.
* A high level of attention to detail
* Strong oral and written communications skills
* Fast typing & reading comprehension speed
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and move at speed to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and also as an engaged member of a team
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
