Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
+ Perform monthly and quarterly financial close tasks.
+ Responsible for updating the company's master data files including material master standard cost.
+ Reconcile various inventory accounts and maintain inventory costing and reporting.
+ Prepare and review ledger journal entries.
+ Maintain general ledger and other financial data.
+ Analyze financial data to assess accuracy and completeness.
+ Generate and interpret financial reports for management.
+ Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
+ Work with cross-functional organizations to accomplish tasks.
+ Backup other department personnel as needed, in particular during planned and unplanned absences.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
+ Bachelor of Science in Business with major in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
+ 0-2 years’ experience in accounting
+ High attention to detail, strong organization, communication, and writing skills.
+ Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and proven commitment to collaboration and partnerships
+ Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally on a team.
+ Highly proficient personal computer skills and technology driven
