Compensation:
Daily min to start $700-$900, 32%-40% of collections.

Requirements of the Associate General Dentist
Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical care, new grad OK only if completed 2 years of clinical residency.
DMD or DDS degree from accredited college.
Licensed as a Dentist in Massachusetts.

Job info and responsibilities of the Associate General Dentist:
The practice is a multi specialty practice offering preventive services as well as cosmetic, restorative, implant dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics and more.
We have 3 locations in this area and we employ over 45 staff between both. Two locations have 8 operatories and one has 6, we service patients from about 20 years old and up. There is an on-site lab in both sites strictly for models, trays, articulations, and processing of cases for outside manufacture service.

We are offering an Associate position and you could, if desired, manage and grow an added practice once you have learned and shown leadership management capabilities, should that be of interest to you.
You are expected to continue to train and grow, delivering an ever improving level of patient care. You will be asked to work 3 - 4 days a week and be part of a multi doctor team in the Northampton location.
Learn management systems in place and work with staff to continue to improve the level of service and delivery of care. You will have full support of administrator and both doctor owners who are both willing to mentor in areas you desire.
You should have a yearning to learn and grow your clinical skills, high level of ethics and integrity, communication excellence, and empathetic with a patient first mentality.
Preference would be a doctor with experience wishing to relocate family to the area and being part of an independently owned private care practice with strong staff and management systems in place.
Job Type:
Full time 4 days/week.
Schedule:
4 days a week to start possibly 5 as patient flow develops. Fri 8 - 5, the rest flexible
