Requested Tasks
Generate Excel models, presentations, and reports
Analyzes past and current financial performance data
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Maintains databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data
Additional duties and assignments as assigned
Required Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
At least 3 years of financial analysis experience
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Basic Accounting knowledge. (Understanding Profit & Loss Statements, balance sheets, Cash Flow, etc.)
Hospitality experience highly preferred
Experience using Vena (BI tool), Intacct (Accounting system) or ProfitSword highly preferred
Experience using different PMS, POS, Hotel Sales systems, etc.
