Job Description.
As a project manager for Allison-Smith, you will be encouraged and trained to develop an entrepreneurial business approach to managing the electrical construction of a variety of commercial, retail, and industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist the lead project manager in the following tasks:
all phases of electrical work including project acquisition(identification, estimating strategy, cost/proposal development, negotiation, value engineering, site logistics review, pre-fabrication planning),
project preconstruction (team development, planning, procurement),
project construction (scheduling, team/relationship building, change management, issue resolution, cost projections, billing),
and project close-out (final documentation, owner training, contract reconciliation, final billing).

Integrity, leadership, problem solving, ability to make decisions with good judgement related to project planning and management.
