Arxada is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating the approval and registration of pesticide products at both state and federal levels. The candidate will navigate the complex regulatory landscape, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory strategies and compliance matters. This role demands a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, scientific expertise, advocacy skills, and excellent project management and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated with local, state, and federal regulations related to pesticides.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.

Obtain and maintain state product registrations.

Respond to inquiries and requests for additional information from regulatory agencies.

Manage the RUP licensing program.

Support the acquisition and maintenance of RUP Dealer and Applicator licenses.

Assist applicators in maintaining their licenses and ensuring timely renewals.

Ensure timely approvals of licenses and registrations to protect business continuity.

Liaise with authorities to ensure compliance at the state level.

Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory policies and guidelines.

Communicate regulatory updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.

Provide guidance on evolving regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Safety, Sales & Marketing, and Warehouse teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Provide strategic input on possible developments or new market entries.

Business-related travel of approximately 5% will be required.

Nice to have:

- Actively seeks documentation and registration information, demonstrating proactivity.

- Capable of compiling all necessary data for product registration.

- Effective at connecting with people to obtain required documentation.

- Minimum of 5+ years of industrial experience, with at least 3+ years in regulatory affairs (preferably in antimicrobials) within the SEA chemicals regulatory framework.
