Introduction:

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at CircleCI , you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our marketing strategies through data-driven insights. This position requires expertise in demand generation, SEM campaigns, and advanced analytical modeling. You will be instrumental in developing attribution models, forecasting strategies, and implementing reverse ETL feeds to integrate with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize SEM and demand generation campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.

Build and refine attribution models to accurately track and allocate marketing efforts across various channels.

Create and manage forecasting models to predict sales trends, budget allocations, and campaign performance.

Implement and oversee reverse ETL processes to feed crucial marketing data into GA4 and Google Ads for enhanced campaign tracking and audience targeting.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to aid strategic decision-making.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics and digital marketing technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on SEM and demand generation campaigns.

Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Looker/Mode, or similar.

Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

Experience in a fast-paced, impact-driven, data-first performance marketing team or agency

Demonstrated ability to build complex data models and predictive analytics.

Excellent communication skills and experience presenting complex data concepts to all levels of management

Strong understanding of reverse ETL processes, tools, and their implementation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.

Advanced certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Proven track record of successfully managing large datasets and delivering actionable insights.
