We are looking for a natural leader who is passionate about driving the hyper-growth of a technology brand via innovative marketing strategies. This person will be responsible for overseeing and generating demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics including, but not limited to, account-based programs, webinars, content creation, tradeshows messaging/positioning, Evergent-hosted conferences, digital and targeted customer events. Daily responsibility includes working with the existing marketing team to drive daily marketing activities across the board. The successful candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader that is highly strategic, and able to operate at all levels - shifting gears to support the tactical, hands-on needs of a growing organization while presenting the overall strategic vision to the leadership team. This is a critical leadership role requiring a driven individual who can take the company to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Define and be accountable for all growth marketing initiatives
Report on the performance of each channel on a weekly basis
Diversify marketing channels by onboarding and testing new channels
Set key strategic growth performance priorities to drive the business forward
Manage agencies to ensure flawless execution of marketing tactics
Improve website SEO and drive social messaging
Drive marketing automation and ABM programs to build pipeline and increase sales
Ensure the success of offline marketing activity (trade shows, meetings, channel marketing, etc.)
Qualifications:
7 - 10 years of relevant experience in leading successful marketing teams in software or SaaS product companies
B2B experience with strong written and oral communications is a must
Proven leader in driving results (revenue goals and budget goals)
Strong track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies
Proficient in reporting and analytics
In-depth understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
Experience in building integrated campaigns leveraging the latest tools
Strong organization, process creation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Able to receive and communicate feedback directly
Self-starter who can be independent and has the ability to execute flawlessly
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing discipline preferred
