Account Manager (Entry Level) Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the setup process and beyond
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and interactions
Manage the setup and onboarding process for new customers
Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth transition to our services
Liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns during the setup process

Account Manager (Entry Level) Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Previous experience recommended in customer service or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
