Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Aftersales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional service by managing service and order requests, communicating effectively with vendors, and handling shipping and receiving duties. The ideal candidate will be a determined individual who excels in customer support and displays strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Request Management: Act as the first point of contact for service requests from customers. Evaluate and process these requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Order Management: Coordinate with vendors to place orders for parts and supplies needed for service fulfillment. Ensure orders align with the service requirements and budget constraints.
Customer Support Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly. Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
Shipping and Receiving: Manage logistics related to shipping and receiving. Organize and oversee the shipping and receiving activities twice a week, ensuring processes are efficient and meet company standards.
Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records & monitor stock levels.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all service requests, customer communications, and transactions. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date for auditing and review purposes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service and logistics or a similar role.
Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with customers and vendors.
High level of proficiency in office and database software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
Physical ability to handle shipping and receiving tasks, including lifting and moving items when necessary.
Education:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.

Determined and proactive in managing complex customer situations.
Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
